My Story

Hi, I'm Arielle

My journey with health and nutrition started long before I ever became a coach.

As a kid, I struggled with my weight and spent years caught in the cycle of diet culture—fad diets, restriction, cutting carbs, cleanses, and constantly trying to find the next thing that would finally work.

Through it all, one thing stayed consistent: I loved moving my body. I especially loved lifting. AND I loved food.

While attending culinary school, I shifted my focus toward Culinary Nutrition. And after completing an internship at a wellness resort focused on Intuitive Eating rather than simply weight loss, I began exploring the connection between food, movement, and well-being. Along that journey I eventually become a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. My passion for empowering others grew.

Over the years, I've learned that lasting change isn't about finding the perfect diet or following a cookie-cutter plan.

It's about understanding your body, your habits, your nutrition, stress management —and your real life.

That's why I created my coaching approach around more than just food or fitness. I combine my experience in nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and habit change to help you build a lifestyle you can actually sustain.

I don't want you to spend years figuring it all out alone like I did.

I'll be your resource, your accountability, your biggest cheerleader, and someone who helps you navigate the ups and downs along the way.

You don't have to do it perfectly. You just have to be willing to put in the work.

Tell me your WHY.

Why do you feel like you need health coaching right now—and what's standing in the way of  you taking that first step?
